Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all refund requests made in connection with services provided by Bishop Immigration. Please read this policy carefully to understand our refund process and eligibility criteria.

Refund Eligibility

Eligible Refund Requests

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

Duplicate Payment: If you have unintentionally made a duplicate payment for our services, we will refund the duplicate payment amount in full.

Payment Error: If there was an error in processing your payment, resulting in an overcharge, we will refund the overcharged amount promptly.

Service Cancellation: If you decide to cancel our services before any work has been initiated in your case, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

Ineligible Refund Requests

Refunds are generally not provided under the following circumstances:

Service Completion: Once we have initiated work on your case, refunds are not typically available, as our team will have already expended time and resources to provide the service.

Documentation Errors: Refunds will not be issued if your application is rejected or denied due to errors or omissions in the documents or information you provide. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all information and documentation submitted

Bishop Immigration will not, under any circumstances, issue refunds for early service withdrawal.

1. The refund percentages mentioned are for the full-service fee paid and not only for the amount paid. Refund percentages are applicable only if the complete fee of the product is paid without any balance. Clients would not be eligible for the refund percentage even if they fall in one of the mentioned clauses or if they haven’t paid the complete full-service fee mentioned.

2. In order to ensure that the cap system is met, clients are registered in advance, that is, before the actual qualification is proclaimed, and the immigration pronouncements are occasionally discounted based on future predictions. It is said that the client is aware of this and prepared to comply with the requirements as soon as the immigration authorities make them public in order to avoid a last-minute scramble. After the announcement, the client has the option of moving on to other options if their profile is found to be ineligible.

3. Chargebacks are not tolerated at Bishop Immigration. Any client who challenges a credit card transaction that is later determined to be genuine will be permanently blacklisted and prohibited from using the service. Costs and fees that are past due will be referred to collections. Unpaid debts will be reported to all accessible credit reporting agencies if our collection efforts are unsuccessful.

4. The customer is aware of and accepts that the Bishop Immigration consulting charge and any relevant tax will be included in the total invoice amount (bill value). The return, however, would only be based on the Bishop Immigration consultation charge. At any point, the tax component is not refundable.

5. Bishop Immigration shall repay the appropriate sum in accordance with the terms of the agreement in the event of rejection by the immigration authorities. After the client submits the online refund claim form to Bishop Immigration, the refund will be processed within 15 to 30 working days. To support the Refund Claim, the client must submit a copy of the Authority’s letter of refusal. Bishop Immigration will not be able to issue a refund if a client does not include a copy of the denial letter or rejection stamp on the client’s passport.

6. The business disclaims liability for any delays brought on by outside services. Additionally, customers cannot ask for a return of service fees.

7. If a client’s application for immigration is denied or if their request is rejected or not accepted at any stage by a relevant authority, Bishop Immigration is not liable for refunding any fees or other amounts/charges that have been paid to any Assessing Bodies, Immigration Authorities, Embassy/Consulate/High Commission. Bishop Immigration solely charges for the services it provides; any requests or assessments are not included in the price. The client consents to pay all additional fees, if necessary.

8. If the client has paid the money through an online card service, the client hereby agrees that he/she will not withdraw, or is not entitled to charge back the amount, without the knowledge of Bishop Immigration, in case of payment made by any mode.

9. If the customer has paid Bishop Immigration using a credit card or net banking, he willingly agrees that he won’t challenge the payment or alert the authorised bank to a chargeback, demanding that the bank withhold or reverse the payment. Additionally, the client agrees to notify his banker that the money made to Bishop Immigration is legitimate and that this transaction is an exception to his request to reverse or chargeback the payment in his favour. This includes instances of card abuse and loss caused by him or someone else. If Bishop Immigration chooses to defend or represent them in this matter before any bank or authority, the client agrees to work with them in this regard.

10. The client acknowledges that, depending on the country and the pathway/category for which they are applying, immigration may need them to provide sufficient cash. The customer agrees to fulfil any requirements set forth by the relevant immigration or other authorities, and Bishop Immigration will not be held responsible for any refunds of service fees, in whole or in part, if the client fails to do so. No request for a service charge refund will be granted in such circumstances.

11. The client also accepts that all/any registrations for any countries before this client declaration agreement date, if any, with Bishop Immigration would be nullified, and no claim of the service or the fee can be claimed until it is given in writing by Bishop Immigration.

12. In case of the permit being rejected on the following grounds no refund will be made –

13. The fee paid to authorities or any other institution is the liability of the client and is not included in the service charges. Bishop Immigration will not entertain any claim of refund in case of rejection.

14. In order for Bishop Immigration to work on the client’s request and prepare it for submission to the relevant assessing/immigration body, the client must provide all necessary papers, forms, and information within 30 days. If the customer is unable to follow suit, it will merely imply that Bishop Immigration has already been paid the advisory/consulting charge.

15. Within a week of receiving any communication from the office, whether it be in writing or over the phone, the customer is required to tell Bishop Immigration. Additionally, the client must inform the aforementioned immigration consulting within a week or seven days of any contact with the engaged bureau (whether it be in writing or over the phone). This includes drop-in visits to the office and/or phone calls to inquire. If the client is unable to comply, it will only be assumed that Bishop Immigration has received full payment for all secretarial services rendered.

16. The client agrees to attend every interview, as and when required by the relevant agency, at the location specified by the agency, and at his own expense. He also agrees to promptly carry out any instructions given by the agency. If the client is unable to comply, it will simply imply that Bishop Immigration is not entitled to any return of any secretarial fees paid.

17. The client agrees not to fight the withdrawal of his request on this ground if the request/petition is returned/rejected/delayed due to an error in the request fee or form of payment, since the payment and the mode of the payment of the request fee is the client’s exclusive responsibility.

18. Bishop Immigration has the right to terminate/withdraw their services without refund of service fee of the client on below terms.
19. The client herewith agrees to meet all the requirements of the concerned authorities who conduct an assessment or decide on outcome. The client also agrees to submit all the papers including originals if required by the concerned assessing authorities. The client understands that any failure on his/her part to submit these papers or part thereof is an independent failure of client and Bishop Immigration is in no way responsible for the same. Hence, the client agrees that failure to produce papers cannot be a valid reason to claim a refund.

20. Following the submission of the petition, throughout the course of the proceeding, and up until the time of the discharge of the Permanent Residence Permit, the client shall notify Bishop Immigration of all news involving a change of housing/mailing address, educational/specialized credentials, change of matrimonial status/service or company, newly born children, or any police/illegal case. If the customer is unable to follow suit, it will only be clear that no reimbursement of any advising fees paid to the immigration firm is still owed.

21. By signing/acknowledging the agreement to avail our services, the client cannot withdraw AT ANY POINT during the procedure because of their own personal circumstances which might have changed. It is unacceptable to consider or entertain any form of settlement. As a business with heavy investment, we cannot accommodate requests for refunds once services have been provided for or when any part of the procedure has commenced.

22. The secretarial charges given to Bishop Immigration does not comprise any amount owed to any Governmental organization, and to any language testing group or for any other reason, and shall be restricted to the services and duties of the consultancy as duly set and decided under the SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT inked separately with the client.

23. The client clearly accepts that he has been apprised of the usual waiting durations/average time, as appropriate to his permit class, and further that such waiting durations/usual time solely depends on the convenience of the office/appraisal body concerned. The client also fully agrees and realizes that he will never have any claims whatsoever on any sort of refund of the charge made on or off-site, on the ground of the extended petition time periods.

24. Bishop Immigration has not offered any sort of assurance, advice or pledge on work or job assurance, following an approval for the permit and after landing for any given overseas country. No compensation will be claimed of any advisory/consulting/secretarial service charges offered earlier to Bishop Immigration by the client on the ground that Bishop Immigration has been unable to offer a job guarantee abroad.
